South Carolina is a beautiful state that we got to visit. We also briefly stopped by in 2007 to see a few new lighthouses and some repeats. We planned on getting on another boat trip to see a light but the weather didn't work for us. Luckily we got on a special boat trip in 2008. We still have to get on one more boat trip one year.

This Welcome to South Carolina State sign was on the southbound side of I-95. It is near the South of the Border. I took this shot on April 7, 2008.
