The Absecon Replica lighthouse is easy to see while on on the Atlantic City Expressway or on US-322/Route 9. It's on the right side of US-322/Route 9 going towards Atlantic City right at the big Welcome to Atlantic City sign.The Lighthouse Hunters Experience:
Back in 2005 we were traveling down to Atlantic City and saw in the distance something that resembled a lighthouse. We found our way to it and was surprised to see that it was made to look like the Absecon lighthouse. On January 8, 2008 we stopped by to get the GPS coordinates by using our Magellan Crossover GPS. This way we could return here again without difficulty. Next time we go here I'll bring boots so I can walk in the swamp area for better afternoon shots.Photographed it: January 11, 2005 and January 10, 2012
